CARI hit the Philippines.........child sex trafficking

CARI team on way home from the Philippines, after rescuing in cooperation with local police 3 young children aged 8,13,13 from child prostitution. Due to the storm that just hit the Philippines, when our team first arrived the operation was... held up longer then what we expected.

As of 01:00 this morning our operation was concluded and instead of the youngest child who we had under observation we also encounted the other two 13 year old girls who we rescued also. These children have seen and done things no adult should see or go through let alone a young innocent child. This is a horrific crime that must be dealt with head on!

It sickens our operatives to see first hand what is going on, but it is the most rewarding experience in life to save these children. Child Abduction and Human Trafficking rescuing is what we do!

All 3 children are now in safe hands with authorities and will be placed in rehabilitation centres where they will get the appropriate and qualified care needed. 1 of the 2 traffickers and 1 parent of one of the children has been arrested and dealt with by the police. CARI has provided all our video evidence to the police to assist them in their case.

The accused have been using these 3 children for over 7 months, including making them participate in child pornography videos and live webcam sites.

For some strange reason one parent of one of the children seems to think it is ok for their child to be shown over the internet or webcam doing things to herself alone. This seems to be a growing problem also due to poverty. Parents allowing their young children to be filmed alone naked and because no one is physically touching their child it's ok to get money from gangs who pay parents to use these children for pedophiles sitting in a room overseas watching and instructing the child from thousands of miles away.

Due to privacy and security reason we can not post any images of these children and/or of the operation due to the ongoing legal case against those involved.

Our team has already recieved their next location.............

CARI will not sit still......

A team from CARI has just set off tonight to an undisclosed location to assist local and international authorities to rescue some children we have recently identified as being underage who are being used as sex slaves. We believe the younge...st we are going to aim to rescue is 9 years old.

CARI operatives have had these children under close surveillance recently and have now called in the local authorities to assist in the arrest of the pimps/traffickers involved who are selling these innocent children.

Our aim is to rescue these children, assist in the arrest of those responsible and help place the children with local charities who are like minded in the fight against Child Trafficking and who will get these children the appropriate care needed for their rehabilitation.

All of CARI’s Human Trafficking against children operations will be conducted on a voluntary basis, offering our experience and professional services for free, along with local non-profit organizations.

This goes along with CARI’s exciting news, which we will soon announce..........

CARI cannot and will not stop Child Sex Trafficking, which is a global horrendous crime, but we will not sit and do nothing……..

Good luck to our guys and girl………..

Lets Meet UK

Early December CARI will have operatives and a couple of our directors in the UK for scheduled meetings before they leave on an assignment. At the request of a number of victim parents we will be opening our schedule to include meetings with victim parents who just want to chat about their situation and who want to know the truth about how they can get their children home when faced with International Parental Child Abduction.

These will be one on one meetings with our experienced operatives who will give you the truth about all your options regarding the return of your children.

http://www.childabductionrecovery.com/

We will also provide you with contacts of legal representatives who are experienced in Parental Child Abduction cases. It is very important you have an experienced legal representative behind you from the start to guide you in the right direction.

Not knowing or being miss informed about all options and legal requirements is the hardest thing for victim parents and the number one complaint we hear about from parents who contact CARI for the first time. 90% of our clients have in the past been miss informed about their options. At these one on one sit downs we hope to clear your mind on any doubts you have about absolutely anything to do with International Parental Child Abduction.

This is also a chance to sit down and meet our operatives who are looking forward to meeting you.

CARI has noticed a need for these types of one on one casual get together so we will be continuing this in other countries shortly with Australia and Canada being next.

To book a date and time please email CARI at info@childabbductionrecovery.com or send a message on our FB page.

Enforcement in Hague and Non-Hague Convention countries

The biggest issue by far for victim parents is the enforcment of court decisions. In 95% of CARI's cases we simply enforce court rulings. 11 of our current cases alone are de...aling with just that. This is the major problem for victim parents and an area that seems to be swept under the carpet as far as improvments in Hague and Non-Hague Convention countries laws. There are so many parents who go through all the legal routes to find once they are awarded custody or the courts have ruled in their favour to have the children returned, the abducting parent just disappears and goes on the run with the children. This is devastating for the victim parents and where parents hit a brick wall. The help they get from that point is next to nothing, having to deal with corrupt officials in many countries, where even the abductor can buy a free passage for a small bribe. CARI work side by side with authorities to make sure decisions get enforced. Many authorities just need someone on the ground with contacts to push them along.

Some interesting points below relating to Parental Child Abdcution enforcement in Germany, which is a Hague Signatory country. Those parents dealing with Non-Hague Signatory countries are left in a far worse position.......

•If a German court's return order will usually order the abducting parent to return the child to the claiming parent or other designated agent who then can remove the child to the requesting country.
•If there is no compliance, the court may impose a coercive fine or coercive detention and the costs of the execution proceeding on the person detaining the child. In addition, the court marshal may ask for local police assistance.
•If the child is not found, the court may order the party responsible to bring the child forth to give an explanation under oath as to the child's whereabouts.
•German courts vary in their use of enforcement devices. Some courts issue the necessary measures expeditiously, even including orders to restrain the abducting parent from leaving the country. Other courts are less vigorous. In 2001, the Higher Appellate Court of Stuttgart remanded a case to the court of first instance to issue the procedurally required warnings before coercive measures could be undertaken.
•Decisions on visitation rights are enforced according to the same principles as decisions ordering the return of the child, but the courts will use non-coercive means whenever possible.
•Germany does not extradite a parent for foreign criminal charges of child abduction.
•The U.S State Department, in its 2005 Report on Compliance with the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, expressed concern about enforcement problems in Germany, stating that:

Since 2000, Germany has demonstrated strong performance regarding applications for the return of children to the U.S. Despite this, we continue to observe unwillingness on the part of some judges, law enforcement personnel and others within the child welfare system in Germany to vigorously enforce some German orders granting parental access in both Convention and non-Convention access cases. American parents often obtain favorable court judgments regarding access and visitation, but the German courts' decisions can remain unenforced for years. A taking parent can defy an access order with relative impunity. As a result, a number of U.S. parents still face problems obtaining access to and maintaining a positive parent-child relationship with their children who remain in Germany.

In one particularly high-profile access case, the parent living in Germany, a non-German until early 2004 with physical custody of two children, defied valid German court orders permitting visitation by the U.S. parent. The parent in Germany monitored all contacts between the children and other persons and prevented the children from meeting or communicating with the U.S. parent for almost eight years. U.S. officials sought assistance from German officials at all levels. In a breakthrough in early 2004, following years of sustained efforts by the German-U.S. bi-national working group, the Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs, and the U.S. Ambassador to Germany, local authorities temporarily removed the children from the foreign parent's care and have assisted in reacquainting the children with the U.S. parent after their prolonged separation. In December 2004 the foreign parent was again able to thwart German officials by removing the children from a court-ordered group home and again curtail access by the U.S. parent. The court order removing the children from the foreign parent's custody was later temporarily suspended, and they remain in her care. German and American officials continue to cooperate toward a resolution of this vexing case.

Unfortunately, the behavior of German courts in recent cases indicates that the General Accounting Office was far too optimistic in its conclusion that Germany was improving.

4th Abducted Child returned home in November...

While the smear campaign created by Martin Waage (ABP World Group), Andrew Laws and Donya Alnahi continues, CARI just keeps bringing abducted children home ;-) ;-)

Now, we don’t usually serial post, but we are so happy and with the father’s permission…..
As of 3pm today CARI operatives have recovered another beautiful little girl home to Spain from the Czech Republic making this our 4th child returned in November.

imagesP20DC9VS

We know there is a very big welcome home party going on right now and you all deserve every minute of it!

Taken out on a shopping day 3 years ago and not returning, this victim father has seen and done it all to try and get his daughter home without success. He has not seen his girl since the shopping day. He had to file for bankruptcy as a result of 3 years of legal fees so CARI felt obligated to help when he told us his story…….so we did………for FREE!

We won’t say too much more as we know you want to move on as quickly as possible from your horrendous ordeal, but from all the team at CARI we would like to say it was a pleasure and welcome home little princess. Congrats on the new job offer also ;-)
Have an amazing Christmas. Your present is on the way little one ;-)

Beware...Parental Child Abduction season is approaching

Beware the season is approaching.....holiday season is the high season for 'International Parental Child Abductions'.....
Around this time each year CARI is contacted by many frantic parents who have had their child/children abducted or re...tained in a foreign country.

CARI knowns particularly in the lead up to the school holidays; that before or during school holidays is one of the most common times for a child to be abducted. One parent takes the child/children alone on a holiday and never returns often taking the child/children overseas to parts unknown.

UK figures alone, show that Parental Child Abduction and custody cases have doubled in the space of a decade - from 272 in 2003 to 580 in 2013.

https://www.facebook.com/pages/CARI-Child-Abduction-Recovery-International/196234803878056

 Some signs (not limited to the below) to look out for;
-The most obvious warning sign is a break down in a relationship,
-A sudden interest in getting a passport or copy birth certificate for the child,
-Concealed, hidden, and abrupt communication with individuals or family members living in a foreign country,
-A parent expressing a wish to holiday alone with the child,
-A change in circumstances such as leaving employment or redundancy, selling a house or giving up tenancy,
-No financial reason to stay,
-An announcement of an unexpected trip to another country with the child.

Abductions happen as easy as the abductor saying they are taking the children out for the day to a Theme Park and before you know it, you receive a message from a foriegn number stating your children are not returning.

International Parental Child Abduction is and has been a worldwide epidemic problem, and it can happen to you! Remember, the Hague Convention is only a tool to assist in the return of your child, and a somewhat unreliable tool.......Prevention is better than cure. There are still also a large amount of countries who have not and will not sign up to the Hague Convention, then you have those that are signed up, but refuse to adhere to the laws on returning abducted children.

CARI is available for advice on prevention measures, warning signs or support if you just need someone to talk to. Many of our past clients are also happy to offer support as they have been in the shoes of a 'victim parent'. There is no better advice then from people who have experienced it all.

Many parents ask CARI for advice on how to prevent one parent from taking the child abroad on holiday. However, this is very difficult to prevent when the courts in many countries often do not take parental concerns seriously or enforce court rulings.

Child abductors are not penalized in their home countries, since The Hague Convention on International Child Abduction is only a tool for the return of children to their Habitual Residence and does not deal with punishment. In fact most authorities turn a blind eye to Parental Child Abduction.

Follow your gut feelings, if you think something is not right contact CARI.......

Child Trafficking victim rescued

If you think that the movie ‘Taken’ only happens in Hollywood, think again. CARI has been working on a confidential and somewhat difficult rescue operation for almost 7 months now.

As of 2am this morning CARI has successfully recovered a 17 year old girl who was abducted and sold on the black market 3 years ago. We can not go into details about the girl as the family wish to stay anonymous, but we can tell you CARI’s efforts in our none stop persistance to locate and rescue this girl has pushed us to our best.

images

This girl, lets call her Lucky was moved and sold 2 times and taken to 2 different countries, since she was first taken from her home country. She has been subject to drugs, beatings and made to work as a prositute for her abductors making them money. Unfortunately she is now addicted to serious drugs and will need treatment to get clean. CARI operatives have had to infiltrate a couple of different organised gangs in order to locate Lucky, risking our own lives. It has taken time and patients but we did it.

Lucky’s family is in disbelief to get their lovely daughter home and alive, but they have a long time before Lucky is back to normal, if ever mentally.
Due to the nature of this operation, CARI has now passed on all the details of this organised gang to the authorities who hopefully will deal with them.

Child trafficking is a serious problem with thousands of children out there needing help to be rescued, but the sade reality is no one hears about it except in small articles like the one attached.
Trafficking of children (anything from age 5 to teens) across the world is increasing sharply. In most cases the children would be lured away from poverty-stricken parents who would release children to traffickers believing that they were to go for education opportunities and that jobs awaited them.
The truth is that these children will be beaten, raped and even forced into an addiction to drugs before being put to work as prostitutes for the pleasure of paedophiles and so-called “sex tourists”. With nowhere to turn, they literally become slaves who are often imprisoned in the suburbs of cities and held at the whim of the trafficker.

To all of our contacts who assisted in this rescue, thank you! You have given a young beautiful girl her life back.

Lucky, it was our pleasure to help find and rescue you. You have a loving and caring family who has never given up on you. We wish you a speedy recovery, from all the team at CARI.

JUST IMAGE IF IT WAS YOUR CHILD!
CARI has been doing extensive research into the horrendous crime of ‘Child Trafficking’ and has decided to take action. We are continuing to extend our services to include the safe recovery of children who have been abducted and sold into the sex trade around the world. ‘The Forgotten Children’.

We are joining forces with some wonderful none government organisations and charities in 3 countries where CARI will be providing a team of operatives who are going to be working side by side with the charities and local authorities.

Exciting news!!!!

As we mentioned in our last blog post we have some very exciting news we have been working on for abducted children and their parents…..We are happy to announce one of those ideas….
We understand one of the biggest battles parents are faced with is lack of finance due to years of legal fees, travel expenses, accomodation, recoveries and so on. So we approached one airline with an idea to help these parents in some way and the response we received was very positive.
untitled

For the last 10 months CARI has been in talks with now 3 different airlines about offering subsidised or free tickets for all CARI’s clients and their children.

We are happy to announce that from now on all our clients and their children will either recieve a very large discount or free one way tickets from these airlines to get home.

Now……CARI took it one step further, if you fly with one of the airlines that offer a discount, CARI will pay the discounted ticket for our client and children.

That means all CARI’s clients from now on will be flying home with their children for free which is one less thing our clients don’t need to worry about!!!!

Brazil and International Child Abduction

A case of a Brazilian woman arrested and imprisoned in a foreign country for parental child abduction. Cátia Gomes, from the Brazilian state Bahia was arrested at a German airport upon her arrival there. She was charged with abducting her 6 year old German born child. She had joint custody of the child with her German ex-husband. She brought the child to Brazil supposedly for a short vacation with her ex-husband’s permission and then simply refused to return at the pre-arranged time. She left the child in Brazil and had gone back to Germany where she had lived in order to contest custody again. That’s when she was arrested and in our opinion should stay arrested and behind bars until the child is returned.

If all this sounds vaguely familiar that’s because it is all too common. Just look back at the case of Sean Goldman the US born child of a Brazilian mother Bruna Bianchi and American father David Goldman. Once again it was a case where the mother (while still married) brought Sean, then only 4 years old, to Brazil supposedly for a two week vacation in 2004. She simply didn’t go back, took up (conjugal) residence with a Brazilian boyfriend applied for a divorce in Brazil and was granted one, only because the boyfriend, João Pedro Lins e Silva, was a lawyer and from a family of influential lawyers. Shortly thereafter Bruna and João Pedro married despite the fact that at least in the US her marriage still hadn’t been disolved so now she was both a kidnapper and bigamist.
Bruna subsequently died during the birth of her child with João Pedro and he then filed for custody of Sean. He almost was able to change Brazilian law, which gives no legal rights whatsoever to step-parents, when through his family’s influence on the Judiciary he filed for custody based on “Paternity by Affection” and as a result Sean remained here in Brazil until finally turned back over to his father on December 24, 2009.

There was also another case where a Brazilian woman Fernanda Guiguer was arrested and jailed in London for supposedly abducting her daughter from the biological father’s London home. In all of these cases the Brazilian government and Brazilian judicial system go to the limits to protect the abductor. They even ignore both Brazilian and international law; they ignore the very Constitution of Brazil in doing so.
This begs the question… WHY???
Why would they do this rather than return the child and be done with it? Brazil’s nationality law bestows citizenship on anyone born on Brazilian soil (except children born to foreigners in Brazil in the service of their nation) so, you from any country in the world have a child here, your child is automatically Brazilian. This is the legal concept of Jus Soli. The nationality law also follows the concept Jus Sanguinis which means that a child born to a Brazilian parent regardless of where that child is born is also a Brazilian citizen; and once in Brazil is considered Brazilian above all other citizenships that the child may have. Brazilian law also prohibits the extradition of any Brazilian citizen, regardless of the crime that extradition is being sought for. They are simply “untouchable” to legal authorities outside Brazil.

These are facts that abducting (Brazilian) parents rely upon. They know that if they can get to Brazil with their child that there is little hope for the child to be returned to the custodial (foreign) parent; or at least that the process will drag out for years. It doesn’t matter how they get back to Brazil, whether it be using false documents, breaking any law in the book; once back on Brazilian soil they are “untouchable” and the child’s custody will be determined here in Brazil, by Brazilian laws, despite any other Conventions and Treaties to which Brazil is a ratifying nation. This is something that ALL abducting parents are well aware of. They are also well aware of the fact that Brazil has a long history of signing Treaties and Conventions and then ignoring them.

They are pathetic as far as honoring their obligations under treaties and always have been. Abducting parents also know that the Brazilian judicial system is up for sale to the highest bidder, whoever has money and influence can get whatever they want from courts here.
So what does this all mean?

Well, simply put… if you have a child that has even one drop of Brazilian blood, regardless of where in the world you are – your child is simply not immune from this kind of abduction. If your child’s custody is at stake and your spouse manages to bring the child to Brazil, with or without your permission, kidnapped or not your chances of getting your child back anytime soon is ZERO. You will be in for the legal battle of your life if there is any hope at all in getting your child back into your custody and back to your home country and you’re not only going up against your former spouse, but against an entire country and it’s laws and government who simply will do everything to protect the spouse, who has broken the law, simply because they are a Brazilian citizen.
If you are married to a Brazilian and have a child, if the continued health your marriage is at all in doubt, don’t even dream of coming to Brazil on a vacation with the child or allowing the child to come with your spouse… you could be jumping right into the middle of an international incident if you do.

Some interesting points below highlighting Brazil by an expert in International Child Abduction;

From an expert report that I prepared recently – and that was submitted to a California court – on Brazil’s practices concerning international child abduction:
“Congress requires the U.S. State Department to determine the compliance by U.S. treaty partners with the Convention. The State Department’s annual Compliance Reports are, in my opinion, extremely reliable and authoritative (although often unduly restrained and “diplomatic”).
In its most recent report the U.S. State Department has singled out just five countries as being either ‘Not Compliant’ with the Hague Convention or as demonstrating ‘Patterns of Non-Compliance with the Convention.’ Brazil is one of the five countries. Indeed, in each such report for the past five years Brazil has been declared to be ‘Not Compliant’ or to demonstrate ‘Patterns of Non-Compliance.’
Brazil is the only country with the dubious distinction of having been singled out in that way in each and every such annual report.
It is my opinion that, when a court is asked to bar a child’s overseas visitation, it should balance the extent of the risk that a particular parent will abduct the child with the extent of the risk that the foreign legal system will not promptly effectively return the child if the child is retained in that country.
At one extreme is a child’s potential visit to a non-Hague country that is a well-established safe haven for international child abduction such as India or that clearly does not adequately comply with the Convention such as Brazil.
In my opinion, a court should require far fewer warning signs that indicate that the parent might keep the child in such a country in order to justify – and to necessitate – an injunction barring such travel, since the risk of a mistake is so extremely high.”
(source: J. D. Morey a US lawyer concentrating on International family law issues)
According to A Family Resource Guide on International Parental Kidnapping, published by the US Department of Justice, profiles of parents who may commit international parental abduction include:
  • Parents who have threatened to abduct the children or who have abducted them before
  • Parents who believe that their children have been abused, and who have social support for this belief
  • Parents who are paranoid or sociopathic
  • Parents who have strong ties to another country and were in a mixed-culture marriage
  • Parents who feel disenfranchised by the US legal system (especially those who are poor,  members of minority groups, or subject to abuse) who have family and social support
  • Other factors and warning signs associated with abduction include:
  • Parents who have no jobs or who are financially independent
  • Parents who lack strong ties to their communities
  • A parent who take steps such as quitting a job, selling a home or terminating a lease, selling furniture or putting it into storage, applying for passports for the children,  seeking medical and school records for the children, and/or changing his or her appearance
  • A parent whose immigration status affects his or her ability to stay in the US, especially if this status has changed recently
  • A parent with a history of domestic violence or child abuse
  • A parent with a criminal record

CARI recovers UK child when no one would.....

Just over 12 months ago a team from CARI was asked to help a UK mother who was desperate to get her little boy home after he was illegally retained and held in Turkey. The mother fought long and hard through the courts and eventually won a Hague ruling in Turkey for the return of her son to the UK. The Judge gave the father 7 days to return the child, 18 months later with her son still on the run close to the Syrian border and help from no one, CARI agreed to help. A classic case, like so many others CARI deals with, where the Hague Convention does not and will not be enforced.
1024x768_bestfit (8)
Through Abducted Angels Charity in the UK the mother was put in touch with CARI. At the request of the British Embassy in Istanbul CARI was asked to attend the British Embassy for a meeting with the UK Consular on how they could assist CARI in the recovery of the child. At the conclusion of a very positive meeting it was determined that CARI operatives would work side by side with the British Consular, Gaziantep Governor’s office, a high court Judge in Ankara, Akinci law firm (K, you are a star and we love working with you!) and a specialist police unit.

Little Amani Khansia was recovered by CARI operatives with the assistance of the police and governor’s office in Gaziantep, Turkey in a very successful operation.
Move the clock forward 12 months and little Amani is doing absolutely amazing and loving every day of his new life with his mother and family in the UK. A little football star in the making!!!
A positive and negative to come out of this sad story……..

A big compliment should go to the British Embassy in Istanbul, who even after receiving a letter from their slack colleagues in the London office requesting them not to assist in any recovery, stood their ground and did what was the correct thing to do, HELP in all legal ways possible!! This British Embassy in Istanbul is the only UK Embassy in our 14 years’ experience dealing with abducted children who went over and above their duty to assist this UK child. Other UK Embassy staff around the world should take note of this instead of listening to a couple of the civil servants in the London office who have shown time and time again they have no interest in helping UK parents (just speak to any UK parent who has dealt with the London office). If Nicole from the Istanbul Embassy was to be made head of the FCO unit in London there would be many more UK children returning. That’s a fact. To our good friends at Gazientep Police and Turkish immigration it was a pleasure like always. Great job guys!
There needs to be an enquiry into the neglect of duties by these staff in the London office who seem only interested in making it difficult for parents to get their children home and contacting the media to down grade CARI. If they spent the same amount of time trying to help UK children compared to finding out about CARI and employing their behind the scenes school yard bully tactics ‘trying’ to make things difficult for some of our recoveries, then there would be a lot more UK children being returned home through the enforcement of Hague Convention rulings. Other country’s Embassies go out of their way to assist CARI and their citizen’s getting home. We put it down to just a couple of individuals who are the thorn in parent’s thigh.

We won’t mention too many of the details yet in the recovery of a 14 year old boy where the FCO instructed UK Border Force officers in Calais to interrogate this boy at 3am refusing to let him have an appropriate adult or lawyer present. CARI was lucky enough to have journalists from a UK newspaper present to witness first-hand what is going on and see the devastation coursed by Border Force officers to the boy. To see the boy sitting looking through the window in the interview door crying in desperation for someone to help him, will live with us for a long time to come. We look forward to the news article.

The truth is there are a couple of civil servants at the FCO who do not like the truth getting out there.
Amani’s mother should be an inspiration for all other victim parents to never give up! She went through hell and back including having to deal with a few UK individuals who did and are still harassing, abusing and slandering this mother all because this mother spoke out about the truth of being conned out of £10,000 by a female in the UK who said she would get her son home.
CARI works in many countries around the world and we have to be honest the UK Child Abduction scene is like no other. In other countries everybody assists and supports each other but not in the UK where everyone seems to want to make a name for themselves and throw garbage on one another.
There are individuals who attack parents for no reason opening fake Facebook pages and profiles to slander this mother and others including CARI in an attempt to cause damage to peoples reputation. There is so much rubbish going on behind the scenes of Child Abduction in the UK with people attacking others including charities who try and help parents, it is sickening. It’s the same group of individuals who are amusing themselves with a smear campaign against CARI (we guess when you’re on top of your field your competitors will do anything to try and take you down).
We will not mention names of those involved at the moment as we are not the type of guys to get involved in such childish behavior and we will not lower to their level, but if it continues we will expose every single name and company who is behind the smear campaign on our social media with facts and evidence.

In the pictures; Mother and son leaving Turkey for the last time………Little Amani loving the chocolate mouse on his first day with his mum……and our friends at Police immigration wanting to get into a picture as they were very proud to of been able to assist little Amani get home….

Little Morgan safely home after living hell

Mission Impossible.........Complete!!
(at request of father to post this)
Rescued before being sold off in child trafficking.

CARI operatives have again been busy around the World recovering abducted Children. We would like to highlight not just a recovery but what we treated as a Rescue Operation. The rescue story would shock most.

Taken from his home in the UK and 'dumped' in a tiny village in Laos. This is the first and only abduction case in Laos. This child's Human Rights has been violated and is a severe case of Child ...abuse.

The abducting mother after 'dumping' the boy in Laos with his grandparents who the boy did not know, then left immediately to live in the United States to the live the Amercian Dream. That was 3.5 years ago and in that time she has seen her child ZERO times. The child was brainwashed to think the father is a monster and would hurt him if he ever went with him back to the UK. The father has fought with everything he has to get his neglected son home, but NO ONE would help.

CARI has worked alot with many different Foreign Offices and Embassies around the world and to be honest the Foreign Office in London who dealt with this case was slack, they should be ashamed with the lack of support they offered the father. You failed in helping this innocent Child!!!!!
'Some' government employees need to stop thinking about themselves and pull your finger out your arses to help these Children!

Yes, there are certain things your limited in doing BUT there are many more things you can and don't do just to cover your own arses. Your failing these parents and most of all these children. Very easy to turn your computer off at 5pm and go home, but what if it was your Child???

You CAN do more then your standard email pushing!!

CARI was told this recovery could not be done and that it was just to dangerous. Laos authorities are so corrupt and will not hesitate to kill anyone who crosses them.

You see the Laos Court ignored the UK Court rulings and made the decision that the father needed to sort it out himself with the grandparents. YES, you read correctly, that was the judges decision. Also knowing there was no way on this planet any agreement was going to be made as the father had tried this and all other avenues to get his son returned without success, the Laos authorities made it clear the boy wouldn't leave and they were not going to help.

The condition of this childs health was horrible. Limited to no education, no doctor, or dentist and living in a place that would scare the rats away. A 5 year old boy with all his top teeth missing and others rotten.

CARI operatives were pushed to their best to rescue Moregan and we are happy to announce we did just that. The location of Moregan most consider a suicide recovery. We know of one Company who accepted this recovery but refused to do it once they knew how hard it was.

We seen it as a rescue compared to a recovery becuase no child deserve to live how he did, in a location that was one of CARI's hardest and most disgusting.

Moregan was rescued at 0830hr on Monday 24th and landed safely in the UK to his loving family at 0730hrs Tuesday 25th. Moregan will need a lot of help in many ways, after what he has suffered and after being isolated from civilisation. The simple things in life most 5 year olds experience at the age of 2, Moregan will need to learn at the age of 5.

YES we will say it, the UK government you FAILED a young innocent child who needed your help in extreme circumstances and to us that absolutely SUCKS!!!!

Moregan welcome home little man from all the team at CARI. Enjoy your Life...........
And how we did it, well that's our secret

Beware of the holiday season!

Beware the holiday season is approaching.....Summer holidays is the high season for 'International Parental Child Abduction'.....

Each holiday season CARI are contacted by many frantic parents who have had their child/children abducted.

CARI knowns particularly in the lead up to the school holidays; that before or during school holidays is one of the most common times for a child to be abducte...d. One parent takes the child/children alone on a holiday and never returns often taking the child/children overseas to parts unknown.

UK figures show that parental child abduction and custody cases have doubled in the space of a decade - from 272 in 2003 to 580 in 2013.

Some signs to look out for; The most obvious warning sign is a break down in a relationship,
A sudden interest in getting a passport or copy birth certificate for the child,
Concealed, hidden, and abrupt communication with individuals or family members living in a foreign country,
A parent expressing a wish to holiday alone with the child,
A change in circumstances such as leaving employment or redundancy, selling a house or giving up tenancy,
No financial reason to stay,
An announcement of an unexpected trip to another country with the child.

Follow your gut feelings.......

International Parental Child Abduction is now a worldwide epidemic problem, it can happen to you! Remember, the Hague Convention is only a tool to assist in the return of your child, and a somewhat unreliable tool.......Prevention is better than cure.

CARI is available for advice on prevention measures and warning signs.

Egypt is a big problem for victim parents

CARI would like to welcome home a brother and sister who were abducted by their father to Egypt 3 years ago. As usual taken on the run after courts ruled their return to Norway, and custody was given to the mother in Egypt. Due to the fathers selfish behaviour these two young children have been neglected of a normal upbringing, in what all would agree, in horrible conditions.

CARI recovered the children safely and returned them to Norway early this morning

Egypt remains a ...hot spot for abductors trying to use the system in their favour........

When will abductors learn, Child Abduction is Child Abuse!

In this sade horrible story, it's not only the human family members who suffer, this is the family dog who was very close to the children before they were taken. Here the dog sits in the suitcase with the childrens clothes after they return, obviously not believing her eyes .......says alot!!

For privacy reasons the client wishes to remain annoymous.

WELCOME HOME KIDS!! Enjoy a normal life now............

Australia and Parental Child Abduction

No longer abused......

Just when you thought it's only young children who get abducted..........

We are extremely happy to announce that after 4 years of living like a prisoner, being constantly beaten, abused mentally and physically this wonderful young boy Oskar, now 15 years old, has been recovered from Spain safely and returned to his extremely happy and emotional family in the UK.

The drive was a long one but all... Oskar did when he was not sleeping, was continue to smile

Oh and surprise surprise.....another victim of the system which, as always did absolutely nothing to help this innocent child even though they were well aware off what was happening.

Spain, sort your stuff out or get out of the Hague!!!! Slack, absolutely slack and shameful!

Another closed UK return order.

Welcome home Oskar from all the team at CARI go enjoy your life and if you ever need anything, give us a shout buddy!

5 children returned home legally in 1 week by CARI

All the team at CARI would like to welcome home a brother and sister returned from Algeria to Germany on Saturday. You both are wonderful children and it was a pleasure to get to know you both. Special thanks to the Algeri...an police and immigration for going out your way to assist CARI return these abducted children who were taken in 2012. What makes this even more special is it was the boy’s birthday on Saturday also, a big happy birthday little man from all the guys at CARI, your present is in the post……..

To little Angel (not real name, you know who you are), you would have to be one of the most inspirational little girls we have met. If only our followers knew what you have been through. Angel was abducted by her father in 2006 and taken to Mexico from the US. Despite the authorities looking your abductor managed to elude them until CARI got involved. A little girl your age should not have seen half the things you have been exposed too. A big thanks to the Mexican police, immigration, and the US authorities who all assisted CARI in safely returning this Angel back to her loving family in the US on Saturday. Welcome home. We hear there is a very big party waiting for you! Angel, your mother is a prime example of someone who never gave up even when the system failed her numerous times…….

And to the twin boys illegally abducted from your father at the age of 6 months back in 2010, welcome home boys! Enjoy getting to know your wonderful father. These boys despite the father battling and almost losing everything financially through the courts, lawyers and a scammer will have the most amazing future to look forward to with an amazing father. Victim parents are on a roller coaster ride from hell. Not knowing anything since mid-2010 about the whereabouts of his boys and doing everything legally possible, the mother went on the run moving every few months. CARI found the boys in 8 days and with the assistance of Brazilian authorities and police were safely recovered back to their family in Greece on Monday……

5 children returned in 1 week and the system is working for these innocent children? Yeh right and pigs can fly!!

Welcome home kids go enjoy.......
